The Taraba Police Command said it is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the release of the abducted wife of the Chairman of the Nigerian Labour Congress in the state.
According to the police spokesman in the state, Mrs. Peter Gambo was kidnapped from her home alongside the owner of a bakery located near her residence in the Magami area of Jalingo.
The incident occurred at about 1:00 am on Thursday.
Chairman of the NLC in the state in a phone interview says he has already lodged a formal report with the police.
