Karaye Emirate of Kano State, one of the areas in which operation Harbin Kunama is being carried out, is the Army’s target beneficiary.
The Nigerian Army has spent about two months operating at the Karaye Emirate axis covering Dansoshiya Forest.
The aim of the Operation is to protect Kano from banditry and kidnapping which keep occurring in neighbouring states, Katsina, Kaduna, Zamfara and Sokoto.
The free medical outreach is expected to help curb the spread of Malaria and Typhoid as well as treat some dental diseases.
