The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps has organised behavioural Psychological test for all officers of the corps in Ogun State. The exercise is designed to further instill rational behaviour in the officers and to measure their interpersonal relationship skills.
TVC News Kazeem Olowe reports that as one of the paramilitary organizations with close relationship with the people in the society, the management of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps has designed a special behavioural test for it’s officers in Ogun State, to further understand how they react to issues and help them adjust their relationship skills with the people.
Speaking about the significance of the exercise to the smooth operation of the corps in the country, the Commandant in Ogun State said the exercise
will help the corps to understand different behavioural traits of officers and how to make use of them.
While commenting on how the test can assist the corps in identifying other things, the Public Relations officer of the Command said it will guide them
on how to post officers to beats, noting that the corps still maintains good relationship with civilians.
Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps is saddled with the protection of Government critical infrastructure and work with other security agencies in protecting the people.
