The Peoples Democratic Movement has withdrawn its petition challenging the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari at the 2019 presidential election.
Counsel to the party, Aliyu Lemu approached the Tribunal on Wednesday seeking to strike out the petition.
The tribunal, therefore, acceded to the request of the party and its presidential candidate Pastor Habu Aminchi .
In his ruling, Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Mohammed Garba after listening to all parties granted the application as prayed and the petition dismissed.
