Seven people feared dead as bandits attack village in Katsina state

At least seven people are feared dead in a new attack by bandits on Kirtawa village of Safana local government of Katsina state.

The attack began at around five o’clock in the evening of Saturday and lasted for hours.

Reports reaching tvcnews.tv indicates that the bandits numbering up to five hundred invaded the locality with heavy military equipment, carrying out massive destruction.

The Katsina State police command also confirmed the attack through its spokesperson .
