Some youths in Ilaje local government area of Ondo state have protested against the new appointments made by President Muhammadu Buhari at theNiger Delta Development Commission
The youths under aegis of Ilaje advancement Forum kicked against the recent appointment of top management members of the NDDC.
Armed with placards with various inscriptions, the aggrieved youths said only four states, namely Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers have rotated
the top three management positions among themselves.
They noted that the NDDC Act 2000 makes provision for the positions of the Managing Director and the two Executive Directors to be rotated among
member states.
