The Federal high court in Abuja has adjourned to 11th September to hear the application challenging the proscription of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria also know as the Shi’ite movement.
Counsel to the IMN, Femi Falana moved for the application to be heard, but Counsel to the Federal government, Dayo Apata informed the court that they have filed a counter application and have served same on the applicant.
Mr Falana acknowledged the counter application and told the court that’s responses have been served.
