The Presidential election petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja is set to deliver Judgment in the petition filed by the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic party Atiku’s Abubakar challenging the victory of President Muhammad Buhari as the winner of the 2019 presidential election.
The court is expected to commence sitting at 9am as Journalist and lawyers are in court awaiting the arrival of panel of Justices led by Mohammed Garba.
The chief of Staff to the president Abba Kyari is at court ahead of the judgment, also present is the Minister of State, Niger Delta Festus Keyamo
