Pope Francis is on a three-nation African tour and his first stop is Mozambique where he met with President Filipe Nyusi.
He arrived to a vibrant welcome with crowds lining the streets to watch the papal motorcade.
Climate change is expected to be a key theme of the pope’s visit to the region, as well as poverty and corruption.

The seven-day trip will also take him to Madagascar and Mauritius.
