The federal high court, sitting in Abuja has issued a notice of consequence of Disobedience to Order of Court to the DG of the State Security Service for failing to comply with its order on the immediate release of Omoyele Sowore.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo, had on the Tuesday ordered the SSS to release the convener of the #Revolution Now Protest and publisher of Sahara Reporters forthwith and hand him over to his Counsel Femi Falana.
But the SSS is yet to comply with this Order even after all other conditions given by the court were met.

The notice says that the DG of SSS will be guilty of contempt of court and will be liable to be committed to prison.
