At least six persons, including a driver with Radio Bayelsa have been killed,after hoodlums attacked the governorship campaign rally of the Peoples Democratic Party in Nembe.
While the dead are believed to have been taken to the mortuary, many are missing after the incident.
Governor Seriake Dickson has visited some of the wounded at the Bayelsa Specialist Hospital and the Federal Medical Centre in Yenagoa.

The governorship candidate of the PDP and the national vice chairman of the party in the South-South region spoke to journalists.
