The Nigeria Governors Forum has held it’s 7th meeting this year at its secretariat in Abuja.
On the agenda was the 4th Istanbul public private partnership summit and how states can leverage on this to build infrastructure.
The Vice chairman of the Governor’s forum Aminu Tambuwal briefed his colleagues on the outcome of the trip to Seattle in the United States to meet Bill Gates who is a major sponsor of the campaign to eradicate polio in Nigeria.
Another issue deliberated upon was the federal Government’s deduction for the budget support Facility that was given to states through the Central Ban in 2017.
A communique will be issued to outline the resolutions reached at the forum’s meeting.
