The Peoples Democratic Party has called for thorough investigation into the mayhem which left six persons dead before its governorship campaign in Nembe.
The part however, wants justice served on perpetrators of the heinous act.
This was what the Governorship candidate of the party Senator Douye Diri told journalists at a news conference in Yenagoa just two days to the election.
TVC News Correspondent, Ovieteme George, who recalled the chaotic scene in Nembe, reports that even Policemen ran for cover as gunshots rented the air.
The driver of the Outside Broadcast van of Radio Bayelsa was hit by a bullet.
The PDP Governorship candidate and Governor Seriake Dickson have been visiting the wounded in hospital. Senator Douye Diri is unhappy with the development in Nembe.
