Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu has administered the oath of office on Hon. Justice Eunice Aderonke Alade, as the new President of the Customary Court of Appeal in the state.
Correspondent Ayodeji reports that the Executive Council chamber of the Ondo State Governor’s office, venue of the swearing in was filled to capacity with relatives and friends and colleagues of the new President.
The event gave Governor Rotimi Akeredolu opportunity to assess the performance of the customary court in the state. He charged the new President to ensure that only -trained personnel are put in charge of the customary court to ensure effective dispensation of Justice.
He also called on the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) in the state to encourage lawyers to preside over the customary courts
