The Borno state Governor Babagana Zulum has presented a budget of 134.5 billion naira before the state house of assembly on Monday
The governor tagged the budget “Budget of Recovery and Stabilisation”
Out of the 134.5 billion naira presented, N67.5billion was allocated for Recurrent expenditure and 67 billion naira for capital expenditure.
