Former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki (Rtd), has reunited with his family in Abuja after his detention for four years by the Department of State Security Services.
Dasuki was released on Tuesday after the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, directed the State Security to release him and the convener of the #RevolutionNow protest, Omoyele Sowore.
Dasuki was arrested in 2015 following his alleged involvement in the diversion of $2.1bn arms deal scandal.
