The Senate On Wednesday received the 2020 statutory budget proposal of the Federal Capital Territory Administration.
This was contained in a letter sent by President Buhari, requesting the National Assembly to consider the 2020 budget proposal of the FCTA.
On other demands, the Senate chamber referred President Buhari’s request to confirm Muhammad Nami as Chairman and 13 others as Members of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) to it’s Committee on Finance.

It also referred the request for the confirmation of Edward Lametek Adamu as Chairman, Assets Management Corporation of Nigeri, to its committee on Banking, insurance and other Financial institutions.
