Spokesman of the Nigeria Medical Association in Kano, Nura Abubakar who confirmed the deaths to TVC News said the doctors assisted in the operation of the pregnant woman who died three weeks ago of hemorrhagic fever suspected to be Lassa.
On its part, Kano Ministry for Health said it had since taken blood samples for investigation but it would take 48 hours for the results to be seen.
