Kwara state government and the former President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, as well as all other parties involved in the Ile Arugbo demolition case have agreed to settle out of court.
At the resumed hearing , counsel to Asa Investment Limited, AbdulAzeez Ibrahim informed the court that he has initiated the out of court settlement which the five defendants also agreed to.
They are now to meet on Monday for the commencement of the settlement.
Justice Abiodun Adebara adjourned the case to the 2nd of March for report of the settlement.
