I suggest teachers and lecturers(academic and nor academic staff) should be well paid so the can concentrate with the student and research, because in other to also end a good living as their graduated students you will see one of the best lecturer going to work in a company or going for political position to end good and resign from lecturing some go into business and pay more time to their businesses than the student.
The federal government had offered employment to individual not a group/ASSU. So ASSU should just respect the decision of the federal government.
