President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday presided over the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting at the council chambers of the presidential villa in Abuja.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Chief of staff to the president, the secretary to the government of the federation and other cabinet ministers were in attendance.
Top on the agenda were formulation of policies, implementation of programmes and other issues of national importance.
Last week’s meeting talked about the country’s readiness to tackle the corona virus if there is an outbreak and also the repatriation of more than three hundred and eight million dollars loot linked to the former military dictator General Sani Abacha.
