The Inspector General of Police Muhammad Adamu has asked state and local governments to take responsibility in providing good governance as deficiency fuels insecurity
The IGP who appeared before the senate to address the high level of Insecurity in the country was assured that the police will be supported through legislative interventions.

The meeting is a fallout from last week’s deliberations at the National Assembly on Nigeria’s Security Challenges.
