As Nigerian Universities continue to lock horns with the Federal Government over the issue of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS), the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Polytechnics has thrown its weight behind the scheme.
Rising from the 61st NEC General Meeting of the Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Polytechnics, held in Ado Ekiti ,the National President of the Association, said the IPPIS will bring an end to shortfall in Salary payment and reduce corruption.
He however insisted that the creation of National Polytechnic Commission and the review of the existing scheme of service for Polytechnics will in no small measure boost the morale of Polytechnic Workers
