The deposed emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, led other muslim faithful in Awe community in a two pillar prayer on Friday.
Among the congregation, was the governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai.
El-Rufai who is currently with the ousted emir, is the first high profile guest allowed to visit him, since he was banished to Nasarawa state.
Muhammasu Sanusi II was deposed on Monday by the Kano state government.
