The court case on the ‘Ile-Arugbo’ demolition has resumed at the Kwara state high court after both parties failed to settle out of court.
Both parties had agreed to settle out of court during the last sitting on the 24th of January, 2019.
Justice Abiodun Adebara had advised the parties to settle out of court but despite meeting at the office of Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice twice afre that, they still could not agree on the terms of reference.
Counsel to Asa investment, AbdulAzeez Ibrahim and the Attorney General , Salmon Jawondo told the court that they could not settle out of court.
They sought the leave of court to give them a date for the commencement of case.
