Voting has commenced in ward 5 Ugbogwu in Orioghwon local government area of Edo State to elect the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress.
Voting which started at about 10.30am saw one of the governorship aspirant Osagie Ize Iyamu casting his vote .

The voters came out in their numbers wearing face masks and observing social distancing rule and other precautionary measures against the covid 19 pandemic in the state.
They expressed satisfaction with it so far.
Some of the areas also visited by our correspondent include ward 5, ward 6, Ikponba Okha and ward 5 in Oredo local government area.
