The Secretary to Ondo State Government, (SSG), Mr Ifedayo Abegunde popularly known as “Abena” has resigned his appointment from the government of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
In his resignation letter, he thanked the Governor for giving him opportunity to serve the people
Rumour was rife three weeks ago that Abegunde will join the state Deputy Governor Agboola Ajayi in moving to the PDP but he denied the story.
He said his next line of action politically would soon be communicated in the next 24 hours.

He has been absent at government functions in the last three months.
