The Supreme Court has unanimously dismissed the People’s Democratic Party ( PDP) and its flagbearer, Musa Wada’s petition against the winner and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC)/, Gov. Yahaya Bello.
The five grounds presented were dismissed for lack of merit.
Justice Uwani Abba Aji read the judgment.
