Organised Labour in Rivers state has announced the suspension of its planned protest over what it termed “anti labour” policies and harassment of workers in the state.
The suspension followed a closed door meeting with the state government on Monday.
Addressing the workers on Tuesday, organised Labour said the decision to suspend the planned protest is as a result of the agreement reached with the state government.
