The National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE) has said increase in tariff cannot improve electricity supplysince power generation is based on gas which is very expensive.
At a press conference held in Lagos, the General Secretary of the Nigeria union of electricity Employees Joe Ajaero said distribution companies are using the increment to exploit Nigerians without enjoying the service.
