The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared the People’s Democratic Party candidate, Moses Cleopas as the winner of the just concluded Bayelsa Central Senatorial By-Election.
The returning officer, Professor Emmanuel Akpan said that the PDP got 120,019 votes, with the APC, closest with 18,947 votes.
