Governors of the south west states have arrived the international event centre, the dome in Akure venue of the meeting with leadership of the Miyetti Allah cattle breeders association.
The meeting became imperative following the expiration of the seven day ultimatum given by the ondo state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu to illegal herders in the state government forest reserves which begins today.
Present at the meeting were the governor of Ekiti, Kayode Fayemi, Osun state Governor, Gboyega Oyetola and the host governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

Governors of Kebbi and Jigawa states as well as the representative of the federal government and miyetti Allah leadership were also in attendance at the meeting
Also in attendance were the the assistant inspector general of police in charge of zone 11 Osogbo and his zone 17 counterpart in Charge of Ondo and Ekiti.
Others are the commissioner of police in Oyo, Osun, ekiti and Ondo states, as well as the state commandant of the nscdc and the Amotekun corps commander.
