Goods worth millions of naira have been destroyed in the fire that raged in Iddo area of Lagos.
The inferno, which residents say started at around 4pm, destroyed a store that housed vehicle batteries.
Though no one is sure as to what started the fire, residents are of the view that the inferno was triggered by an electricity surge while others attributed the incident to a gas leak.
