The Ministry of Budget and National Planning is angry with the management of University of Port Harcourt Teaching hospital for misusing N950 million Covid-19 funds.
Clem Agba who visited the facility was shocked the hospital in ruins and ordered a thorough investigation into the use of Covid-19 response fund.
The Minister was disappointed and said the facility was a far cry from other Teaching Hospitals and Federal Medical Centers.
