Muslim women under the aegis of Federation of Muslim Women Associations of Nigeria have called increased access to education in order to curb insecurity, reduce unemployment and other challenges facing Nigeria,
They made this known during the 21st Annual education summit of the Association held in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
They noted that the number of out of school children in the country is alarming and if proper attention is not given to them, they may later become Security threats to the country.
They also called for integration of skills acquisition to Almaji system and arabic education in Nigeria, in other to equip the children for future challenges.
