The PDP’s two-time governorship candidate in Kaduna received 414 votes in a keenly contested election, defeating five other candidates.
Among them is rights activist Shehu Sani, who received two votes. Shehu Sani tweeted on Tuesday that he will not pay delegates to vote for him during the elections.
