Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, said the recent review of cost of projects by his administration is done to keep contractors on site.
Governor Okowa stated this during the inspection of ongoing construction of Isheagu-Ewulu road and bridge in Aniocha South Local Government Area and Section C of the Ughelli-Asaba Expressway.
