The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, Lanre Bankole has cautioned criminals to avoid Ogun state or risk being apprehended and facing the full force of the law.
Mr. Bankole made the statement during the decoration of newly promoted officers of the command.
The officers who were elevated from the rank of deputy Superintendent of Police to Superintendent of Police include the Police Public Relations officer in Ogun State, Abimbola Oyeyemi.
Police officers in Ogun State are committed to serve the people diligently and effectively in order to achieve a peaceful and secured society.
While advising the officers to see their new ranks as additional responsibilities, the Commissioner said Ogun State Command has zero tolerance to crime and criminality.

Responding on behalf of the newly decorated officers, the Police Public Relations Officer appreciated the Inspector General of Police and the Police service Commission for the promotion and assured Nigerians that they will continue to discharge their duties diligently.
