The Commander of 32 Artillery Brigade, Brigadier-General Mukhtar Adamu has urged government at all levels to put in place measures that will encourage nursing mothers to engage in exclusive breasting feeding.
Adamu spoke at a programme organised to mark the 2022 world breast feeding week in Akure, Ondo state capital.

He said breast feeding is an essential ingredient to enhance growth of new born babies.
He noted that the programme was organised by the army to give back to the society and contribute its quota to the development of humanity.
He said the army will continue to partner with relevant agencies to encourage breast feeding among nursing mothers.
