Zamfara Police command decorates 19 newly promoted officers

Zamfara State Police Command has decorated nineteen newly Promoted officers with their new ranks.The Zamfara police Commissioner Ayuba Elkanah said, the promotion is a testimony of their hard work and Commitment to duty at all times

Nineteen Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) were promoted to the substantive rank of Superintendents of Police (SPs).

The Zamfara Police boss tasked the officers to redouble their efforts and justify the confidence repose on them especially as the force is looking up to them to contribute in addressing the numerous challenges facing it at all levels.

“I charge you all to be more committed and always show professionalism in the discharge of your duty, to justify the gesture done to you by the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba”CP Elkanah said.

“Now that you are promoted from Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) to the substantive rank of Superintendent of police (SP), more is expected from you and we hope to see positive change in the discharge of your Constitutional roles” he added
