“If an officer is promoted, it is an indication that the officer has given his best to the service, and upon his promotion, such officer is also expected to be more dedicated to the service,” the Comptroller emphasised.
He advised the promoted officers to view their promotion as compensation for their efforts and commitment to the military.
A total of 40 officers received promotions to various positions, including one to the position of Deputy Comptroller.
