The Federal High Court sitting in Abakaliki has reaffirmed the expulsion of Princess Ann Nwanyibuife Agom-Eze membership of All Progressives Congress ( APC)
The court further restrained her from using the name of APC in whatsoever form including joining the APC in any civil or criminal proceedings in any court or joining any activities of the party since she is nolonger a member of the party by the fact of her expulsion from the party.
Agom-Eze was earlier sacked from APC by the party’s zonal leadership at Afikpo North Local Government Area headquarters.
Supported by the state Chairman of APC, Stanley Okoro, alleging Agom-Eze was sacked over gross misconduct.
The state chairman stressed that she rebelliously jeopardized her membership by vehemently violating the constitution which prohibits any act of dishonesty capable of disparaging the party or its members.
In her defense Ann Nwanyibuife Agom-Eze
denied committing any crime against the party to warrant her sack other than her persistence to reclaim her senatorial ticket mandate, which she alleged was forcefully taken away by state state Governor Dave Umahi.
