Nigerians have been advised to support students in public schools and ensure that the number of out of school children is reduced to the barest minimum.
Officials of the great minds connect, an education and empowerment support group made this known during the distributing of more than 3000 notebooks and school bags to students of Igbore High schools, Abeokuta.

As the most populous nation in Africa, with huge number of out of school children and students without writing materials, stakeholders have been urged to support the Government in the campaign for increased enrollment of children and supporting them with notebooks and other materials that will assist them to stay in school, learn and excel.
Leaders of a non governmental Organisation, the Great Minds Connect made this known during donation of free textbooks and bags to students of Igbore High Schools
They say many children dropped out of school due to lack of basic requirements like school notebooks, textbooks, school bags, writing materials among others.
The principal of the school and students appreciated the gesture and commended the foundation.
