The Oba-Elect of Orile-Ilawo Community in Odeda area of Ogun State has called on traditional rulers to continue to perform their roles as expected and impact the lives of their people positively.
According to him, this will help to convince the government to support their agitation in having their roles spelt out in the country’s constitution.
He made this known while speaking on how he intends to further use the stool to impact the lives of people of ilawo and other communities under his watch.
He noted that the Community has a rich heritage and he is set to preserve and promote it to the world. He appreciates the State Government, Local Government and other Stakeholders’ in the community for supporting his election.
