Students of tertiary institutions in Sokoto state have call on the Nigeria government to prioritise the provision of quality education, fight corruption, provide enabling environment for youth to contribute their quota to nation building.
The call was made by participating students at a debate organised for students of all tertiary institutions in the state to create national consciousness and expose students to contemporary issues of development, leadership and good governance.
They also call for deliberate action to fight corruption and plug leakages in government revenue so as to have enough to fund education and other youth development programmes to engender national development
