The meeting which is part of a wider interaction with selected presidential candidates to discuss their plans for the region, ahead of the 2023 general elections is for selected Presidential candidates.
The event, which holds at the Arewa House in Kaduna, is organised by a coalition of six groups and institutions from the North.
They include the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation, Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Arewa House, Jam’iyyar Matan Arewa and Arewa Research and Development Project.
A statement by the Tinubu Media Office on Sunday said the APC presidential candidate would attend the event as part of his decision to engage all segments of the Nigerian society with his campaign message of hope, national unity and prosperity.
The open interaction, which is scheduled for 1pm on Monday afternoon, will be televised live on Television Continental (TVC).
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who has since arrived in Kaduna on Sunday evening was earlier in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State on Sunday Morning to attend the inauguration of the new Governor of the State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji.
He was also in Kaduna on Saturday for the Kaduna Investment Summit tagged KADINVEST 7.0 where he spoke on transformation of Kaduna State by the Governor Nasir El-Rufai led administration despite the challenges of Insecurity from Bandits, Kidnappers and Other sundry criminal elements.
Former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who is the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, was the first to take the stand at the interactive session same time the KADINVEST 7.0 Summit was on, on Saturday.
Other Presidential Candidates who have not been named are expected to also meet the Northern establishment as represented by the 6 groups.
