Armed bandits have killed an Imam and two other persons in Yankaba Community in Kaura Namoda Local Government area of Zamfara state.The Victims are identified as Imam Shehu Sha’aban the Imam of the Community Mosque, Yusuf Mai Nama and Abubakar Adamu
They were killed following an attack by armed bandits who in their large number invaded Yankaba village early hours of Monday at about 2:00am
Many of the locals were said to have Sustained injuries during the attack that lasted for almost three hours
The armed bandits according to sources available to TVC News also embarked on house to house search for valuable items and cart away grains, Mobile phones and other valuables

The spokesperson Person of the command Suprintendant Mohammed Shehu says troops have been deployed to Yankaba and sorrounding Communities to avert future attack.
He noted that the police is working round the clock to address Insecurity in all parts of the state Including highways.
