An investigation has begun to determine the scale of damage following an attack by troops attack on suspected terrorists in communities in Zamfara State.
The Director of Defence Media Operations, Major General Musa Danmadami disclosed those during a news conference in Abuja.
General Danmadami explained that the inquiry is to determine if there was collateral damage.

The coordinated operations against suspected terrorists in Malele and Mutunji communities in the Maru Local Government Areas of Zamfara State have been described by the military authorities as a massive success.
The attacks on the rendezvousing targets by land and air forces resulted in the deaths of dozens of suspected terrorists.
Some troops also paid the supreme price.
The State Governor in a broadcast noted there were also civilian casualties but failed to disclose the number.
Briefing Journalists on military operations in the country, the Director of Defence Media Operations, Musa Danmadami said the onslaught on terrorists in Zamfara was a success.
But an investigation is on to determine the scale of damage.
He also recounted the efforts by troops across other theatres of operations.
Even with the achievements, the military authorities understand that a lot more work needs to be done to make the country safe.
In October, gunmen suspected to be bandits attacked four villages in Bukkuyum Local Government Area of the State, kidnapping nine persons from Dan-Zamau, twelve from Gargaji and six from Maikulki communities.
