The North West Leaders of All Progressive Congress (APC) have launched a Go-out- to vote initiative targeting 10 million youth votes from the North West zone for Bola Ahmed Tinubu, their presidential candidate.
They argue that the zone remains the determining factor for their victory hence the need to mobilize youths and women to support the party to victory.
Addressing newsmen at the launching of the initiative in Kaduna, Mr. Bello Muhammad who is the Zonal Director, National youth coordinator of Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) Northwest Directorate, called on the youth to ensure they collect their PVC which is their voting power.
He encouraged the party youth’s leaders from the northwest states to ensure they sensitize their youth and women to get their PVC and be ready to vote for the party come 2023.
Bello said they believed and trusted their presidential candidate describing him as a leader who will keep his promises of renewed hope if elected president.
GROUP RALLIES FOR TINUBU/SHETTIMA IN ONDO
Members of the Asiwaju Tinubu/Shettima Coalition for Good Governance in the South-West zone have staged a walk in Akure, Ondo State capital, to mobilise more support for the presidential Candidate of the All progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Leader of the group, Ambassador Sola Iji and the state Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Ade Adetimehin stressed the need to woo more politician into the party.
The walk began at the Fiwasaye roundabout in the heart of Akure, the Ondo State capital.
Many members of different support groups, under the auspices of the Asiwaju Tinubu/Shettima Coalition for Good Governance in the South-West zone, walked through major streets of Akure.
It was a carnival-like atmosphere, as they stressed the need for Nigerians to support the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The walk terminated at the APC secretariat, Akure, where they were received by leadership of the party in the state.
