Governor Darius Ishaku of Taraba State has appealed to religious leaders, parents and caregivers not to allow their children to be used by desperate politicians in the 2023 general elections.
The governor in his New Year message to Tarabans urged politicians across the country to base their campaign on issues that will move the nation forward.
He insisted that no human blood is worth shedding for power, urging politicians to desist from do or die politics
He however advise the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a credible polls that will be generally accepted by all.
The governor promised that his government would continue to touch the lives of common men in line with oath of office taken before the expiration of his tenure.
